The H-630 features a lightweight design for extended wearing comfort. Spring-type stainless steel headband and yoke sliders, receiver housings which pivot 30° vertically on yokes, and spring-loaded metal gliders which permit over 2 inches (50mm) of vertical yoke adjustment all contribute to provide maximum conformability to various head contours. The H-630 contains strain relieved cords to prevent breakage from extended use and improve durability. The H-630 is approved for aviation use under FAA TSO C57.
