Collaboration Integrates Industry-Proven Technologies for New Value Creation and System Manageability

Amsterdam, Netherlands (September 7, 2012) – Telemetrics Inc., the industry leader in camera robotics and control systems and UNREEL, a premier innovator and supplier of real-time 3D production graphics and virtual-set integrated solutions, today announced a technology partnership that will enable a frictionless solution for virtual reality productions. The collaboration will support the integration of UNREEL’s new UX touch-screen virtual-set management software with Telemetrics’ robust camera robotics and control systems.

Utilizing any of the Telemetrics specialized camera robotics systems including pan/tilt mechanisms, camera robotic systems, motorized camera track and trolley systems, wall mount systems and elevating pedestal systems, along with the UNREEL UX virtual-set control software allows camera movement around the set while keeping the talent and other foreground elements locked in place within the virtual 3D environment. The system configuration is enhanced by Telemetrics design features crucial to virtual set production such as position accuracy, stability and servo control.
