Dante® Plenum-rated Network Audio Amplifiers

April 5, 2021 - RDL manufacturers dozens of audio amplifiers for Dante network or conventional audio systems, including a selection of plenum-rated network audio amplifiers.

Amplifier models and features:

SF-NP35E PoE++ Network to 35 W Mono Audio Amplifier – 70 V or 100 V

SF-NP16E PoE+ Network to 16 W Mono Audio Amplifier – 70 V or 100 V

  • PoE powered
  • Plenum Rated per UL Standard 2043
  • Integral VCA for optional user volume control – 10 kO pot or 0 to 10 Vdc
  • Automatic limiting of supply current to prevent PoE port shutdown

SF-NP50A Network to 50 W Mono Audio Amplifier – 70 V or 100 V:

  • Automatic Ducking Controlled by Network or Analog Input (Switch-Selectable)
  • Plenum Rated per UL Standard 2043
  • Integral VCA for optional user volume control – 10 kO pot or 0 to 10 Vdc

To help prevent system downtime, the PoE models automatically monitor the amplifier power and limit the current to protect the PoE port against shutting down. Port shutdown can occur when a PoE powered device draws more current than the port can provide,  creating system downtime that could be especially disruptive to a classroom, boardroom or public address environment.
