System Configurator. This new web-based tool allows the user to select any of
the products available in PureLink’s PureMedia line, and create an easy to
understand visual model of the exact matrix configuration required.
These matrix switchers are typically
available in multiple chassis sizes that can vary depending on application from
8x8 to 256x256 (input and output sources). Devising the proper placement of the
slot cards, extender boxes, audio matrixes, power supplies, cabling and other
options is critical. The new tool makes it easier for system designers or integrators
to select the correct frame size and build a system with an optimal design for
their customers’ specific applications.
