The LA-60 inductive loop amplifier is connected to the audio source, such as a TV, radio or HiFi system, via a cable for the purposes of picking up audio signals. Transmission from the amplifier to the inductive loop pad, which generates an inductive signal field, also takes place via a cable connection. Hearing aids with an integrated telephone coil receive these audio signals inductively, i.e. on a wireless basis (set your hearing aid to »T« or »MT«). The LA-60 inductive loop amplifier possesses a controller for selecting channels, as well as for setting the tone and volume to suit your needs. Pilot lamps support the controls and settings of the optimum parameters with status signals.
