D-VAUDAX is PC-based all-in-one multiplexer for DAB, DAB+ and DMB and offers three functionalities. It can be used as an ensemble multiplexer, service multiplexer and at same time as PAD/NPAD inserter. It is possible to realise central setup, where encoder, PAD/NPAD inserter and ensemble multiplexer are in one place, as well as decentralised setup, where encoder and service multiplexer are installed in studio. D-Vaudax is highly flexible system and can be varied and extended by plug-in cards and optional software modules. Operation is very user-friendly and allows configuration even without detailed DAB knowledge.
