Biamp Systems has acquired Cambridge Sound Management (CSM) from Gladstone Investment Corporations, based out of Waltham, Massachusetts.

Chantilly, VA, December 21, 2018 – Biamp Systems is a leading supplier of professional audio and video products. CSM is a distinguished manufacturer and provider of sound management solutions. This acquisition and marrying of two distinguished, pro-audio brands will be highly beneficial to both customers and the companies alike. Users buying from Biamp can expect to get both companies’ functionality and capabilities within a single integrated platform of comprehensive products.

“Together, we offer customers better access to industry leading solutions that manage sound and video to address a wide array of modern communications and collaboration challenges,” said Rashid Skaf, President, CEO, and co-chairman of Biamp. Both companies blending their expertise within their respective product categories will also ensure growth continuity and a straightforward approach to leverage each entities’ vast distribution networks.

Karcher Group is preferred partner and reseller that is part of a vast network of integrators for both Biamp Systems and CSM.
