ORLANDO (June 15) –Keywest Technology is introducing at infoComm11, June 15-17, in Orlando (booth 4448) the DIGISTAR Displays Series of finely crafted fully integrated digital signage cabinets. DIGISTAR Displays Series cabinets combine expert craftsmanship and advanced digital signage display and playback technology into an attractive freestanding informational kiosk, wall-mount or wireless end cap that is equally at home in the finest hotel lobby or highest scale retail store. “The new DIGISTAR Display Series brings together our award-winning digital signage solutions, digital display screens, interactivity when needed, and aesthetically pleasing cabinetry to provide free-standing signage combining the best of digital and traditional signage,” said Nick Nichols, Keywest Technology president. Available in two versions, the economy priced Express Series and the DIGISTAR Pro Series, the new display series offers products for multiple directory applications, including interactive and static mapping, standalone kiosks, wall-mount directories and small-portable battery-powered wireless units that can be used for temporary retail promotions as end-caps or on counters and desks. DIGISTAR Display Series cabinets are available in two standard sizes: 84”(H) by 30”(W) by 22”(D) at the base and 7”(D) for the kiosk; and 78”(H) by 28”(W) by 22”(D) at the base and 7”(D) for the kiosk. Custom sizes also are available. The DIGISTAR Displays Series is the result of a joint venture between Star Signs, LLC of Lawrence, Kan., and Keywest Technology, Inc. of Lenexa, Kan. All DIGISTAR Displays Series cabinets are made of extruded aluminum and can be completely customized to fit in any environment. The DIGISTAR Displays Series is available in any color with any type of paint. Custom wraps are available as is static signage with LED backlit lettering. The digital signage piece of the cabinet can be powered by Keywest Technology software, including Breeze, MediaZone Pro and I3 interactive software. The DIGISTAR Displays Series, scheduled to ship in the third quarter of 2011, will be available from Keywest Technology resellers and Enterprise Partners.
