This is a one hour AIA Continuing Education Seminar. In this course you will learn about the importance of the need for residential shading. You will also gain a better understanding of the differences between motorized and manual shading, the importance of fabric characteristics and how it plays into the performance of shading fabric, and discover how automated shading systems contribute maximizing daylighting.
