BIAMP SYSTEMS CONTINUES ITS COMMITMENT OF SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Posted on Wednesday, May 8, 2013
BEAVERTON, Oregon — Biamp Systems, a leading provider of innovative, networked media systems, announces two additions to the Applications Engineering team: Nick Brisbois at Biamp Headquarters in Oregon, and Cheuk Fan "Tim" Lo in Hong Kong.

In addition to providing customer support for Biamp customers around the world, Nick and Tim will design, build, and test Biamp products.

With over 20 years of audio engineering experience, Nick's specialties encompass a wide range of disciplines involving music, technology, training, analytics, and customer service. In his previous position as an independent contractor for L-Acoustics, Interconnex, and RAT Sound Systems, Nick performed duties ranging from applications training, to home and business installations, to system programming and maintenance. He's also worked as a trainer in the Small Business group at Yahoo! where he worked with team members to co-author trainings, continuing education programs, and upselling techniques.

Tim's expertise has grown over the course of his 10 years in the engineering industry. His specialties lie in system design and development of DSP technology. Having previously worked as a Project Engineer and Product Sales Manager for PAV Technology, Ltd., Tim created and modified system programming script for major AV companies such as AMX, Biamp Systems, and Crestron. In his managerial role, he led a team of installation professionals from a project's beginning to end.

"We're very excited to add two such highly experienced Applications Engineers to our global team," said Matt Gray, North American Applications Engineering Manager. "The joint combination of their training, control systems, and audio expertise makes them dynamic additions to the great team of app engineers we already have in place around the world."
