Eonis 21” – featuring LED backlights – raises clinical performance to a higher level by delivering a superb brightness of 250 cd/m² (DICOM calibrated) as well as an excellent contrast ratio (1500:1) for viewing high-detail images quickly and efficiently and with fewer image manipulations. The LCD panel comes with IPS technology to ensure accurate image display under any viewing angle, allowing users to angle the display according to their own preference. 

Built-in ambient light presets ensure perfect image quality in dark or bright viewing environments. Additionally, thanks to the front-of-screen consistency sensor – which automatically aligns image quality every time the display is switched on – Eonis 21” guarantees image consistency over time, providing a solid basis for confident image review. 

Quality assurance and asset management 
Like all of Barco’s Eonis displays, Eonis 21” comes with Barco’s MediCal QAWeb online service for quality assurance and remote asset management, which has proven its value in hospitals around the world. Providing automated quality assurance checks and detailed reports, MediCal QAWeb provides healthcare specialists with consistent image quality and healthcare IT professionals with powerful management tools for controlling their clinical display fleet centrally. 

Flexible and ergonomic 
Eonis 21” has some nice additional features too, such as flexible tilt and swivel capabilities and a space-saving design to make viewing more ergonomic. Additionally, positioning the 21-inch screen in portrait orientation provides radiologists with more flexibility when viewing skeletal radiography images or patient data.
