THE CHALLENGE

Client workflow required multiple steps to achieve a single item. Existing solution failed to work frequently and caused headaches. No ability to control room microphones. Solution failed to meet certain features and workflows they desired. 

THE CDS SOLUTION

By utilizing AgendaLink Solo CDS was able to simplify the city's workflow, extend their digital meeting solution to the room's AV gear, and eliminate many of the data entry steps they were forced to do manually. CDS was also able to provide voting capabilities for members joining remotely.
