GESS Dubai 2018: how Barco wePresent makes learning fun

For 11 years now, the Dubai-based GESS trade show has brought together educators to explore what’s new in the field of learning. If you ask us, technology is now really ready to revolutionize the classroom, bringing teachers and students closer together and making learning fun. We were delighted to tell our education story at this year’s GESS show, where we showcased our wePresent wireless presentation system together with our local business partner Abcom Solutions.

Changing classroom dynamics
From interactive whiteboards to solutions for distance learning and collaboration: Abcom Solutions has been targeting the educational market for several years now. Just like in 2016 and 2017, we teamed up with the AV experts to demonstrate our collaborative learning solutions.

The star at this year’s booth was our low-investment wePresent series of wireless presentation systems. Easy to install, to integrate into the campus network and to use, wePresent allows up to 64 users to share content from any (mobile) devices – to bring ideas to life, swap views, learn and discuss and, as such, change the dynamics in any classroom.
