The new 862 Series Residential Floor Box provides an excellent solution for the low density power or communication requirements in open space areas. Durable PVC construction and an innovative design allows the 862 Series Residential Floor Box to be installed in either wood or slab-on-grade concrete floors. The new 862 Series is available with a full range of forged, solid brass or brushed aluminum covers to accommodate a wide range of power and communication devices.

- Covers are included with assemblies or are available separately to provide installation and changeout flexibility

- An integral design which keeps out water, dirt, and debris from the power of communication compartments
- Meets and exceeds the new UL scrub water exclusion requirements
- Datacom connectivity options
- Accepts industry standard and proprietary devices from a wide range of manufacturers to provide a seamless and aesthetically pleasing interface for voice, data, audio, and video applications at the point of use
