Video encoder/decoder is designed for live video transmissions especially in the areas of traffic surveillance and crime prevention. It provides an X.21 interface for the data, clock, control and indication signals. The signals are symmetrical and the levels are according to V.11/RS422. Many energy supply companies, railway companies, waterway companies etc. use their own 2Mbps/PCM transmission lines.
