The Fiber Optic cables exceed the performance of copper and silver cables. This integrated DVI-D cable solution includes the fiber optic and electro-optical components built into the cable and the DVI connectors. The cable can be bus-powered through the DVI connector or via the included power supply which is used when the video source has insufficient power to drive the 5V signal lines within the cable. HDTV Extreme cables are HDCP compliant.
