Until 21 November, the Polish city of Bydgoszcz will be
bustling with filmmakers, as CAMERIMAGE – the world’s largest festival
dedicated to cinematography – has kicked off. To highlight its
commitment to the art of moviemaking, Barco has installed a DP4K-30L
Flagship Laser projector in the renowned Opera Nova, where the main
competition takes place.
Visual, aesthetic and technical values
In its 23rd edition now, CAMERIMAGE has become a renowned forum for both
young and experienced filmmakers to confront and explore new artistic
areas. The format of the CAMERIMAGE festival is fairly unique: while all
other film festivals focus on the content of movies, CAMERIMAGE awards
films according to their visual, aesthetic and technical values. Barco’s
flagship laser projection ensures these visual, aesthetic and technical
values come to life on screen by offering superior image quality with
exceptional brightness levels, increased contrast ratio, and vivid
colors.
Three opportunities to explore Flagship Laser
Want to learn how Barco Laser opens up new opportunities for
cinematographers? Join our Barco laser seminar tonight, 18 November, at
19:15h. Alternatively, check out one of the screenings in the Opera Nova
or pass by the Barco booth at the Camerimage market.
